A chance to share
Memories beyond compare

A chance to laugh
A chance to cry

And wonder why

Making new friends
Through sorrow and pain
Finding out we’re not insane

Joy, compassion
Anger, rage
Peace and passion
On the page

Shedding old baggage
And breaking through
Knowing now what next to do

Learning more
About us all
Getting how
Our spouse could fall

Finding a way
To carry on
With renewed inner strength
To rely upon
